In a world filled with negativity, the thought of living without hope is a death sentence. But when optimism shines through, even failures become opportunities for growth and success. In life, if you always have thoughts of negativity, let me assure you of something you won't want to hear. If I said you will only go for a mile, it would be an overstatement because living without hope signals the alarm on your death clock. You will already be six feet under, lost in the darkness like a headless chicken - with no direction or purpose. And the last time I checked, there's no life in a headless chicken. There's no value in a headless chicken, there's no productivity with a headless chicken and ultimately, you won't last long until everything falls apart like a headless chicken.
But when hope emerges, and when we become optimistic and see good in everything, even in frustrating failures, that's when you witness the dawn, the rising light in your life. Being optimistic makes us of see failures not as a setback but as an opportunity to learn from mistakes. As the famous quote says, "We learn from our mistakes," so the next time you attempt the same task, it'll be beyond perfection. Being optimistic even after a tragic day signifies hope and the belief that there's something good at the end of it all. There's always light at the end of the tunnel. Optimism gives us the push not to give up, to keep grinding because all the hard work will pay off, all the failures will be worth it. The end product will be sweeter than the sweat trickling down your sun burnt face. Optimism what it does is give you hope and a direction in life.
So, be optimistic and don't give up. Truly, there's nothing to fear because your only competition is yourself. Others may appear to be winning on the outside, but if you're losing within, how can you overcome it? You can !! By being optimistic , By shutting down every negative thought that enters your mind. When it's 5 AM, and you tell yourself you're getting up, but your brain says it's not ready yet, asking for just 5 more minutes, then just 10 or 15 more minutes. You must shut it down and say, "We have to get up right now." The 5-second rule, as Mel Robins said, it gives you only 5 seconds to act on your impulse before it's gone. So, we're not waiting for those 5 seconds; we're going to rise and grind, we're going to rise and shine, we`re going to rise and thrive. Be optimistic!
