For many the first time they learnt about sex, it was poor! In fact not informative at all, probably they forgot the part about the activity imbues us with dopamine and excitement, so what did the youth do they went and figured out themselves. If only perhaps we got better sex education, our generation wouldn't be intoxicated and have surrendered themselves to pornography to teach them about their bodies and what they are capable of doing. The current state of sex education is not enough, leaving many young people uninformed and seeking information from unreliable sources. This lack of comprehensive sex education can lead to misconceptions, unhealthy behaviors, and a distorted understanding of sexuality.
If we equip young people with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and develop healthy attitudes towards their bodies and sexuality. A comprehensive sex education curriculum should cover a wide range of topics, including anatomy, consent, contraception, sexually transmitted infections, healthy relationships, and communication skills! If it’s the parent or teacher whoever it is shouldn’t just talk about shyly because it is part of our lifestyles and this way of thinking that issues to do with sex education are sacred. It should provide accurate and up-to-date information, crushing those myths and stereotypes.
Perhaps if we improve sex education, we can empower individuals to make informed choices and avoid relying solely on pornography for knowledge about their bodies. By providing comprehensive and sex education we save our generation from many premature pregnancies and pornography addictions that are breed from the ideas of exploration. It is essential to prioritize the education and well-being of our generation to ensure they have the tools and understanding they need to navigate their sexual lives in a safe and responsible manner.
